Unexpected cleanliness made stay enjoyable

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short stroll to downtown, and we were welcomed by a friendly staff that brightened our check-in process.

However, the bathroom left much to be desired, with noted dirt and hair in the shower that made me feel uneasy about my stay.

This was a smart choice for a weekend vacation in Williams with attractive and competitive value for money. The room was spotless, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other places I've stayed at in this price range. Bring your own coffee pods for the coffee machine because the supplies were limited.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed hiking trails and hit up the Elk Ridge Ski Area. The location was perfect, and the staff made our stay comfortable. Just a heads up, there might be some additional fees you weren't expecting, so check in advance. Overall, we had a fun and memorable trip.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay in a Queen Room, enjoying the clean space and comfortable beds. The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was that the bathrooms could use a little updating, but for the price, it was a great deal! 🏊‍♂️

I had a great time exploring the area since the motel is just a few steps from the Grand Canyon Railway Depot and other attractions like Historic Route 66, both within a nice stroll of the hotel, which made my weekend city adventure so much fun. plus, if you love parks, Monument Park is a short walk away, offering lovely views and the perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever needed.

Unfortunately, the bathroom needed a serious clean. There were hairs on the floor and in the tub, which was pretty off-putting. I had some trouble with the Wi-Fi. it barely worked during my stay. The beds were extremely hard. I found it tough to get comfortable, especially with my back issues. Staff were generally friendly, though I did notice there wasn't always someone at the front desk for questions. Overall, a mixed experience.

Perfect for an Overnight with Friends

The location was a dream for anyone hitting the Grand Canyon like we did, just one hour drive away. And let me tell you, the staff, they were straight-up awesome, friendly and helped us with a smile when we had to switch rooms because the heater didn’t work in the first one.

Wasn't exactly a bargain but still decent for what we got.
